Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Aurora Studio as a workspace for planning, scheduling, and publishing content across supported social channels.

Effective date: March 15, 2026

Using Aurora

Aurora Studio is a social media management platform that helps users create workspaces, upload media, connect third-party channels, schedule content, and publish or distribute posts through supported integrations.

By accessing or using Aurora, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Service and the policies of any connected third-party platform.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, and any access granted to users within your workspace.

You are also responsible for all actions taken through your account or workspace, including scheduled content, uploaded media, and connected social accounts.

Content and publishing responsibility

You retain responsibility for the text, images, videos, documents, links, and other materials you upload, store, schedule, or publish through Aurora.

You represent that you have the right to use and publish that content and that your use of Aurora does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law, regulations, or platform rules.

Aurora may reject, fail, delay, or limit publishing when required by platform APIs, connectivity issues, rate limits, permission changes, content restrictions, or technical failures.

Third-party services

Aurora depends on third-party platforms and APIs to provide connection and publishing features. Those services may change, suspend, limit, or remove features at any time.

Aurora is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, moderation decisions, or content handling performed by third-party providers after a post is submitted or published.

Uploads, storage, and availability

Aurora may store uploaded media, workspace settings, scheduling information, and post activity records to operate the service.

You understand that service availability may depend on infrastructure, storage configuration, environment variables, background processing, and third-party integrations.

Prohibited use

You may not use Aurora to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse platform APIs, evade moderation systems, or publish content you are not authorized to distribute.

You may not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use Aurora in a way that harms other users, connected platforms, or service operations.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Aurora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the product is designed to improve reliability and visibility for social publishing, Aurora does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free publishing, or guaranteed delivery on any third-party platform.

You should independently review critical posts, campaigns, and live publishing results where business or reputational risk is significant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the service, including missed posts, failed publishes, lost data, platform restrictions, or third-party API changes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the service, if any, during the period directly related to the claim.

Changes to the service or terms

Aurora may update features, integrations, workflows, and these Terms of Service over time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
